When is the first race?
Thanks both!
First test day is March 27th (going to be cold!). First race weekend is April 16-18.
How do you know the 27th of March is gonna be cold?
(those aliens that kidnapped
me last week told me it is gonna be at least 20°C by mid-March!)

Would love for it to be 20C, but the 1 meter of snow we received this past week is making me quite skeptical!

Hi Josh,
Do the angled vanes and slots of the disc angle rearwards?
Kind Regards, Rob

Rob,
I believe the vanes are angled rearwards, which would be the correct way to mount them.

Hi Josh,
I mean also the curved vanes inside the discs, don't know how the are situated at the 6 pot (330 mm?) rotor/discs....if I'm not wrong they are mostly opposite situated to the grooves on the outside of the AP-disc to allow air pumped out from the center. Or are these discs from Stillen/APRacing? Maybe the groove on the rotor are in the same direction as the vanes...don't know that.
No offence.......
Regards, Rob

No offense taken! I looked at the AP drawings, and they have the have the rotor "face" grooves going two different ways in the drawings; one in line with the inner vanes, and one in the opposite direction of the inner vanes. Strange, but nevertheless the inner veins should be angled rearwards.

Finished the switch panel this evening. Turned out fantastic, just need to label the switches.
Fan switch, defrost switch, and cool shirt switch, along with master power/fire.

Sure it's a race car and not a show car?
It appears you want to keep the car close to S60 challenge spec which i think is awesome.
